Giorgio Armani Beauty’s digital team wanted to bridge the gap between digital and physical on their e-retail site by allowing users the ability to try-on popular lipsticks using augmented reality tech.
I collaborated with our team’s UX researcher and user testing feedback to determine how to seamlessly and intuitively integrate the new feature into existing product detail pages. The new tool was a successful hit with users we interviewed who were excited to explore different available lipstick colors and see them applied in real-time on their own faces.
